YNC Exhibitor Notes
Not long now until the start of another exciting Australian Arabian Youth National Championships. The Committee have been working very hard to ensure everyone has a great show and to help this we have some Notes to ensure competitors and family members are organised.
Secretary Office Hours will be Thursday 30th, 6:30pm to 7:30pm and Friday 31st, 7am to 12 Midday. Please ensure you have any outstanding paperwork & payments with you at this time to receive your Exhibit Numbers & Show Catalogue.

NOTE: No use of the indoor Arena at K Ranch on Thursday, this is booked to another event. Our hire commences on Friday morning.
Freestyle Ridden - Notes: Available here on the website www.arabianchampionships.com/latest-news/ridden-musical-freestyle-guidelines-scorecard. Music is to be on USB or iPod/iPhone/ iPad. No CDs.
Friday Night Social - K Ranch Arena are holding a Mexican night open to all to attend from 4pm, fire pits will be lit and Nachos.
Saturday Night Social - 6pm live music starts. Meals to be paid directly with Longhorn BBQ on site.
Important information from K Ranch
We want you all to be “Happy K Ranch Campers” & hope you have an amazing show here.
When packing your float to leave home for a fantastic weekend with us, please don’t forget your rake/shovel to clean out your stables. Limited wheelbarrows will be available on site so if you can fit in your own that would be awesome. A cushion or picnic blanket would be advisable in the grandstand to keep your bottoms warm while you watch the show. And, don't forget if you are bringing your four-legged friend they will need a lead.
Please make sure when planning your approach to K Ranch you enter Monks Lane from Burragorang Road, Mount Hunter.
On arrival, please have your paperwork ready with your camping site number & stable allocations for quick processing through the gate. Each camp will have 1 power socket only per site, which we expect you will have your own extension leads. No double adapters are to be used in our pop up power boxes. If you need to have power boards they must be contained inside your trailers. All electrical equipment must be tested & tagged to be compliant with Australian Standards.
We politely ask that no fire pits are to be alight within campsites as it is an OH&S hazard during the event & afterwards, however we will be running our own fire pit inside at The Saloon which we invite ALL competitors & spectators to enjoy throughout the duration of the show.
Longhorn BBQ will be here for the weekend including Saturday nights Social Dinner with LIVE music for all to enjoy.
There is no ATM within the facility but both The Western Ranch store & The Saloon have Eftpos terminals for payment. The closest town is Camden, which is a quick 9-minute drive from our gate.
Hot water will be available at the four wash bays at the end of the stable blocks thanks to Charaway Arabians.
There are a total of 6 showers in the amenities block for use by campers.
Ample bedding has already been allocated to your stables, extra bags will be available to purchase at The Western Ranch store.
